Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the ReStore, ensuring effective management of resources.
- Lead and inspire a team, promoting an atmosphere of collaboration and support among staff and volunteers.
- Manage financial transactions, including daily sales, cash register reconciliation, and deposits.
- Implement innovative merchandising strategies to enhance sales and improve customer experiences.
- Work closely with the processing team to prepare donations for sale efficiently.
