Key Responsibilities
- Engage in extensive travel across the assigned territory to prospect and secure new business opportunities, focusing on small to medium-sized retailers and national accounts.
- Achieve and surpass sales targets, strategic objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Create and implement a comprehensive strategic prospecting plan, providing regular updates to your Regional Sales Manager.
- Conduct impactful sales presentations and training sessions tailored to retail customers and national accounts.
- Utilize Salesforce (CRM) effectively to manage customer relationships and monitor engagement.
- Prepare business reports and submit expense reports in a timely manner.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues effectively.
- Undertake additional tasks as directed by the Regional Vice President or Regional Sales Manager.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with a preference for candidates with a background in retail sales.
- At least 2 years of experience in new business development (sales hunting).
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, including overnight trips.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Proven track record in sales and business development, demonstrating the ability to cultivate new client relationships.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation And Benefits
- First-year on-target compensation (base salary plus commission) ranges from \(105,000 to \)140,000, with uncapped commission potential.
