Key Responsibilities
- Deliver prompt and precise assistance to global travelers, addressing inquiries related to travel, visa renewals, re-entry procedures, and various immigration matters.
- Provide support through live communications (calls and emails) utilizing pre-approved materials and response frameworks.
- Ensure accurate data entry into the customer database, maintaining high standards of grammar, spelling, and categorization of inquiries, while adding pertinent notes or comments.
- Identify and respond to multiple inquiries within emails, using approved templates for efficiency.
- Redirect any reportable communications to the appropriate departments as needed.
- Assist travelers with general information regarding travel and clarify policies and procedures.
- Offer guidance on filing claims with relevant authorities.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to facilitate the operations of the call center.
- U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese (language proficiency will be assessed during the interview).
- Proven ability to maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations, with demonstrated skills in de-escalating challenging calls.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication capabilities, including precise grammar and spelling.
- Proficiency in utilizing web-based applications and technical tools.
- Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a professional context.
