Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and enhance the functionality of marketing automation platforms to improve campaign execution and lead nurturing.
- Drive initiatives aimed at enhancing data integrity and segmentation through effective data governance practices.
- Partner with sales and RevOps teams to refine lead handoff procedures, including the development of lead scoring and qualification standards.
- Create and maintain comprehensive marketing performance reports and dashboards to facilitate strategic, data-driven insights.
- Manage various marketing operations projects, ensuring they are delivered on schedule and in alignment with the established roadmap.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, RevOps, and IT, to ensure cohesive marketing operations that align with organizational goals.
- Stay abreast of data privacy regulations, ensuring compliance through the implementation of necessary processes and practices.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
