Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and mentor medical providers, addressing clinical inquiries and offering insightful guidance.
- Collaborate effectively with Primary Care Providers to navigate complex patient cases.
- Partner with the Clinic Director on pressing clinical issues that influence patient care.
- Assist in the implementation and enhancement of Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
- Advocate for preventive care initiatives and uphold quality measures, including annual wellness examinations and thorough chart reviews.
- Promote the Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) model, concentrating on care coordination and established care guidelines.
- Exceptional communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Comprehensive understanding of health center licensing, operations, and NP/PA supervision agreements.
- Technological proficiency and adaptability to the evolving landscape of digital health practices.
- Capacity to function independently while also fostering collaborative relationships with staff and patients.
- Proven leadership capabilities and a track record of cultivating trust and respect among colleagues, patients, and external partners.
- Current medical license to practice in Idaho, including a DEA license and BLS certification.
- Clinical expertise in your respective medical specialty.
- A minimum of three years in an administrative or leadership role within primary healthcare, preferably in medically underserved areas or community health centers.
- Ability to successfully undergo a background check through the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare, if required.
