We are seeking an accomplished and passionate Director of Men's and Women's Health to spearhead our Pelvic Health program. This role presents an exceptional opportunity for a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or Physical Therapist (PT) to significantly influence patient care by managing clinical programs, enhancing outreach initiatives, and ensuring exceptional quality of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care approximately 75% of the time, focusing on pelvic floor dysfunction and lymphedema.
- Strategically develop and execute clinical programs aimed at improving patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with the sales and business development team to implement marketing initiatives that strengthen and grow referral networks.
- Recruit, mentor, and oversee staff within the Men's and Women's Health Centers.
- Manage scheduling and resource allocation to effectively meet program requirements.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives while ensuring adherence to industry standards.
- Collaborate on budget formulation and financial planning for the department.
- Be available to work at least two evenings per week, subject to senior leadership approval.
- Current OT or PT license in New Hampshire or Massachusetts.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team motivation and development.
- Certification in BLS Healthcare Provider Level CPR, with renewal required biennially.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, cost-effective healthcare with integrity and professionalism.
- Proficiency in representing the program in various professional and community contexts.
- Willingness to work full-time (32-40 hours per week).
- A minimum of two years of relevant clinical and/or management experience is required.
- Proven leadership skills that empower and inspire team members.
- Certified in BLS Healthcare Provider Level CPR, with a requirement for biennial renewal.
