Key Responsibilities
- Review project drawings and evaluate equipment and materials requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the team to analyze client contracts, ensuring all milestones and stipulations are comprehensively understood.
- Strategically plan labor needs for both setup and dismantling processes.
- Develop and manage detailed project budgets, itemizing costs associated with various activities and materials.
- Ensure the timely availability of rental equipment and manage project scheduling effectively.
- Attend pre-planning meetings and conduct site visits for enhanced client coordination.
- Secure necessary permits and ensure that all equipment is reserved well in advance.
- Oversee build and strike dates, adapting timelines as necessary.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and adherence to quality standards.
- Offer technical guidance and support to job teams for seamless project execution.
- Regularly update project budgets and communicate any significant changes.
- Assist in the preparation of final build reports and document design changes for future reference.
- Reconcile invoices and collaborate with operations on material allocation.
- Participate in post-event evaluations to assess financial and operational performance.
- Ensure the prompt return of rental equipment while documenting project outcomes for future insights.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience in cross-functional team management.

- 3 to 5 years of experience in project management and operations.
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Experience in construction, equipment rental, or a related industry is highly sought after.
- PMP certification is an asset but not mandatory.
- Over 5 years of experience in planning, inventory management, logistics, and project management, particularly with large-scale tent and temporary structure installations.
