Key Responsibilities
- Implement the Nursing Process to provide high-quality patient care.
- Assess patients’ educational needs and develop effective teaching strategies for families and interdisciplinary teams.
- Lead and manage nursing resources, ensuring effective communication and collaboration within the Interdisciplinary Team.
- Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate and enhance patient care practices.
