Key Responsibilities
- Directly supervise and guide the clinical team, ensuring every resident receives individualized care of the highest standard.
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, and healthcare providers to ensure collaborative care coordination.
- Partner with community leadership to enhance satisfaction levels among residents and their families, while also mentoring your team for success.
- Oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring compliance with state and regulatory requirements while adapting to the community's evolving needs.
- Current state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN).
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, with a preference for prior clinical leadership roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems, demonstrating strong technological aptitude.
- Valid driver's license.
- Education necessary to obtain and uphold a state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN).
- Experience in a leadership capacity within Long-Term Care or Assisted Living settings is highly desirable.
