- Supervise and guide a dedicated team of 25 nursing professionals in an adult-only healthcare setting.
- Oversee nursing operations with an emphasis on delivering high-quality care and fostering staff development.
- Implement a positive and progressive leadership style to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Provide direction to clinical staff while ensuring adherence to established standards.
- Maintain the highest clinical standards to guarantee optimal patient care.
- Proven management experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in roles involving supervision.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on cultivating a constructive work environment.
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills to navigate complex situations.
