Join our innovative team as a Client Director - OEM Customer Success (Pricing and Incentives), where your expertise will significantly influence the automotive industry. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to a diverse range of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) clients, both domestic and international, guiding them with actionable insights to enhance their business strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary expert for OEM clients on sales, pricing, incentives, and residual values (RVs).
  • Cultivate strong relationships with client executives by providing valuable insights and recommendations aimed at maximizing profitability.
  • Deliver strategic presentations to C-suite executives, concentrating on pricing, incentives, and comprehensive business planning.
  • Analyze data from various sources to furnish a holistic perspective on sales performance, competitive landscapes, and market dynamics.
  • Craft customized solutions utilizing proprietary tools and data to address challenges related to pricing, sales, and RVs.
  • Identify and pursue potential business development opportunities within existing and prospective client accounts.
  • Facilitate discussions and analytical efforts that lead to informed decisions about pricing, incentives, and sales methodologies.
  • Innovate frameworks and solutions to meet evolving client needs and challenges.

Required Skills

  • Over 10 years of experience in consulting, finance, analytics, or sales.
  • Strong capability in data analysis, storytelling, problem-solving, and presenting to senior leadership.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, or SQL is advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating effective interaction with senior management.
  • Collaborative mindset with a strong ability to succeed in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the automotive sector, particularly in sales or finance, is highly preferred.

Qualifications

  • A Master of Business Administration (MBA) is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the automotive industry, ideally within sales or finance roles.
