We are seeking a meticulous and highly organized Executive Assistant & Office Manager to provide exemplary support to our executive team while ensuring seamless office operations. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and executives, delivering outstanding customer service at the reception desk.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
- Draft presentations, communications, and other critical documents for executive-level meetings.
- Take comprehensive notes during confidential meetings as required.
- Manage and prioritize multiple executive calendars, ensuring all critical deliverables are met.
- Organize domestic and international travel logistics seamlessly.
- Oversee the organization of office supplies, conference rooms, and communal areas.
- Manage security operations, including visitor access, ID badge distribution, and monitoring security systems.
- Facilitate onboarding for new employees by preparing workspaces and sharing essential office information.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional multitasking capabilities and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail accompanied by excellent grammar skills.
