We are on the lookout for a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Success Team Operations Coordinator to join our remote team. This pivotal role is designed for individuals who are passionate about enhancing client experiences and excelling in a vibrant, fast-paced setting. You will be instrumental in driving client satisfaction and ensuring the seamless execution of team operations, especially during peak times when additional support is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate in the development, initiation, and enhancement of client campaigns.
  • Identify and rectify any campaign-related challenges to guarantee smooth operations in the absence of team members.
  • Act as the primary liaison for clients when team members are unavailable, ensuring timely communication and updates.
  • Provide insights into lead delivery, address client queries, and relay campaign performance metrics effectively.
  • Work in conjunction with internal teams to maintain campaign timelines and objectives.
  • Conduct thorough quality checks on deliverables to meet both company and client standards.
  • Generate and deliver regular reports on campaign metrics to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Offer additional support through various administrative responsibilities such as data entry and system updates, particularly during team member absences.
