- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for translating complex financial data into actionable insights.

- Extensive experience in managing grants, private funding, and donor databases, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting.

- Full-time, exempt position directly reporting to the Executive Director.
