Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations to ensure seamless workflows, adhering to predefined timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.

- Collaborate with the finance department to create and oversee project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial targets while analyzing critical financial data for informed decision-making.
- Supervise services, personnel, and administrative functions for field teams.
