Job Overview

We are in search of an accomplished and innovative leader to assume the role of Vice President of Outpatient and Residential Services. This senior position encompasses the strategic oversight and operational management of our outpatient and residential healthcare programs, ensuring the delivery of superior clinical quality and adherence to regulatory standards. As a pivotal member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing community health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage the outpatient and residential service lines, upholding the highest standards of care and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with clinical leadership to implement best practices for therapeutic interventions and clinical programming.
  • Oversee financial performance, deploying strategic initiatives to maximize revenue and manage costs effectively.
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with community partners, managed care organizations, and regulatory authorities.
  • Promote a culture rooted in collaboration, innovation, and continual enhancement of patient care and operational performance.
  • Spearhead the development of new service lines that align with organizational objectives and improve clinical and financial results.
  • Mentor and support outpatient and residential program directors, fostering an engaged and empowered workforce.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and documentation standards across all service areas.
  • Engage in strategic planning efforts to propel organizational growth and service excellence.
  • Participate in the Administrator On-Call rotation as an integral part of the executive team.

Required Skills

  • Advanced degree in a clinical or healthcare administration field.
  • At least a decade of managerial experience within a healthcare environment.
  • Proven leadership capabilities, with a talent for inspiring and steering teams towards excellence.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating collaboration across all organizational tiers.
  • Proficient in the use of databases and word processing applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while emphasizing quality and patient-centric care.

Qualifications

  • A Master's degree in a relevant clinical or healthcare administration discipline.
  • Ten years of experience in healthcare administration, inclusive of supervisory roles.
  • A successful track record in promoting a culture of safety and service excellence.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring financial performance.
