Key Responsibilities
- Act as a knowledgeable resource for financial professionals, proactively engaging with them on a daily basis.
- Quickly grasp and internalize concepts and products to effectively educate financial professionals and their clients about insurance solutions.
- Share insights regarding sales and insurance concepts to enhance financial professionals’ comprehension.
- Utilize available resources to empower financial professionals and facilitate their success.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition to financial professionals in a professional manner.
- Consistently deliver professional, accurate, and courteous service that meets our established standards.
- Maintain accountability for achieving metrics and service level expectations in a fast-paced environment.
- Be driven by the opportunity to assist clients in securing insured outcomes that enhance their financial futures.
- Must hold an insurance license in your resident state (Required).
- Experience as an insurance agent or financial professional (Strongly Preferred).
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience collaborating with financial professionals such as RIAs, BDs, financial planners, and independent insurance agents (Preferred).
- Familiarity with multiple product lines, including annuities, life insurance, disability insurance, and care planning (Preferred).
- FINRA 6⁄7 license (Preferred).
- A genuine passion for partnering with clients and financial advisors to implement insurance and annuity solutions within comprehensive financial plans.
- Proven success within a team-oriented or sales desk environment.
- Strong determination, a positive mindset, and the capacity to stay focused on tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Skill in professionally managing relationships with various advisors, including challenging clients or agents.
- Openness to feedback and a willingness to contribute to process enhancements.
