Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable, including processing customer invoices, credit memos, refunds, and payments using QuickBooks Online
- Perform data entry tasks within QuickBooks
- Assist with online inventory management by adding or removing stock items and reconciling warehouse reports
- Contribute to seasonal inventory reports
- Facilitate light distribution of packages via the UPS Worldship tool
- Respond to phone calls and emails, providing customers with accurate information on items, pricing, and delivery
- Communicate with vendors as necessary
- Utilize a bank remote scanner for check deposits
- Provide reception support as required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proactive, hands-on approach to tasks
- Capacity to multitask effectively
- Minimum of 2 years of general accounting/bookkeeping experience, with a preference for familiarity with QuickBooks
- Experience with UPS Worldship is advantageous
- Familiarity with remote check deposits is preferred

- Flexible 4-hour shifts available (Monday to Friday)
