- Develop and implement a comprehensive global People strategy that enhances employee engagement, boosts performance, and supports career development, while being mindful of regional distinctions.
- Lead the growth and management of our People teams in the U.S. and the Philippines, ensuring cohesion across HR Business Partners, People Operations, and Talent Acquisition to achieve organizational objectives.
- Optimize People operations by establishing effective practices that can scale in alignment with our organizational growth, leveraging technology to meet evolving demands.
- Collaborate with functional leaders to align on strategic planning and initiatives, providing expert advice on organizational design, succession planning, and employee relations.
- Spearhead People strategies during mergers and acquisitions, fostering a unified culture and facilitating seamless transitions for all team members.
- Support Board and investor relations by delivering strategic insights and content for meetings, nurturing collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
