Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute a comprehensive multi-year fundraising strategy that aligns with the overall objectives of the organization.
- Supervise all fundraising activities, encompassing major gifts, planned giving, annual contributions, corporate sponsorships, foundation grants, special events, and donor stewardship.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and board members to pinpoint and prioritize fundraising initiatives and opportunities.
- Foster a culture of philanthropy by actively engaging staff, board members, and volunteers in our mission.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with donors, corporate partners, and community stakeholders.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of 75 to 100 philanthropic donors, ensuring meaningful engagement and support.
- Create tailored cultivation and stewardship plans for key donors, including those liaised through the CEO and development team.
- Produce compelling marketing materials and communications that resonate with potential donors.
- Partner with the Board of Directors to meet fundraising objectives and broaden donor networks.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of development professionals, promoting a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Serve as an enthusiastic representative of the organization at community events and networking functions.
- Oversee the annual fundraising budget and compliance with ethical fundraising standards.

- A minimum of 7-10 years of progressive fundraising experience with demonstrated success in leadership roles.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
