Key Responsibilities
- Deliver specialized PM&R services as a rehabilitation consultant in a skilled nursing facility.
- Partner with the multidisciplinary care team to effectively manage conditions such as CVA, progressive neurological disorders, and postoperative orthopedic recovery.
- Collaborate with physical, occupational, and speech therapists to enhance patient functionality and quality of life.
- Identify and address therapy barriers, including pain management, spasticity, and neurogenic disorders.
- Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to integrate therapy and internal medicine practices.
- Engage in ongoing education through monthly didactic sessions and team collaboration initiatives.
- A current Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license in New Jersey.

- Competitive salary: Hourly rates starting at \(75/hour, or an annual salary range of \)95,000-$125,000.
