Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor community managers, providing essential coaching and support to enhance their capabilities.
- Develop and implement effective communication frameworks between community managers and corporate leadership.
- Oversee operational efficiencies, recommending enhancements related to marketing strategies, occupancy rates, and rental schedules.
- Conduct regular audits of property management practices, ensuring compliance with established policies and standards.
- Address resident inquiries and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Perform routine property inspections to uphold exceptional maintenance and housekeeping standards.
- Manage the preparation and monitoring of annual operating and capital budgets, compiling relevant performance reports.
- Engage in contract review and negotiations, offering strategic recommendations for expenditures.
- Ensure compliance for all tax credit communities in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Proven leadership, personnel management, and organizational capabilities.
- Proficiency in task delegation and effective communication of property management strategies.
- Competence in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to forge strong professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with legal documentation related to lease management and rent collection.

- A minimum of five years of supervisory experience in regional property management is essential.
