Key Responsibilities
- Conduct an average of 100 outbound calls daily to prospective patients, providing critical information about our services and facilitating their enrollment.
- Clearly articulate our offerings using provided scripts to ensure consistent and precise communication.
- Guide prospective patients through the enrollment process, ensuring they understand the steps involved with care and clarity.
- Maintain a professional, enthusiastic, and positive demeanor in all patient interactions.
- Achieve performance targets, including call volume, scheduled appointments, and overall call quality.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns empathetically, escalating issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Accurately track patient information while adhering to privacy guidelines and confidentiality standards.
- Respond to inbound calls, assisting patients with their queries and concerns.
- Follow up with patients needing rescheduling or additional information to ensure a seamless experience.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth patient onboarding.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and conversational approach.
- Strong attention to detail and proficient written documentation capabilities.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and adaptable to learning new software platforms.
- An empathetic, patient-centered mindset.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous.
- Ability to adhere to a structured daily schedule, including designated break and lunch times.
- Enthusiasm for working in a results-driven environment with high call volumes.

- Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps, along with a quiet and secure home office setup.
