Job Overview

Join a dedicated team committed to enhancing the quality of life for seniors by assisting them with their medication management. In this fully remote position, you will serve as a crucial Patient Enrollment Representative, responsible for educating, enrolling, and supporting patients on their health management journey. This role is ideal for compassionate communicators who are motivated to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct an average of 100 outbound calls daily to prospective patients, providing critical information about our services and facilitating their enrollment.
  • Clearly articulate our offerings using provided scripts to ensure consistent and precise communication.
  • Guide prospective patients through the enrollment process, ensuring they understand the steps involved with care and clarity.
  • Maintain a professional, enthusiastic, and positive demeanor in all patient interactions.
  • Achieve performance targets, including call volume, scheduled appointments, and overall call quality.
  • Address patient inquiries and concerns empathetically, escalating issues to supervisors when necessary.
  • Accurately track patient information while adhering to privacy guidelines and confidentiality standards.
  • Respond to inbound calls, assisting patients with their queries and concerns.
  • Follow up with patients needing rescheduling or additional information to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth patient onboarding.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and conversational approach.
  • Strong attention to detail and proficient written documentation capabilities.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and adaptable to learning new software platforms.
  • An empathetic, patient-centered mindset.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous.

Qualifications

  • Ability to adhere to a structured daily schedule, including designated break and lunch times.
  • Enthusiasm for working in a results-driven environment with high call volumes.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare industry, HIPAA regulations, and call center performance metrics is a plus.
  • Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps, along with a quiet and secure home office setup.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is mandatory.
