- Over 12 years of recruiting experience within high-growth environments, with a strong focus on engineering or technical recruitment.
- More than 5 years of proven leadership experience in building and managing high-performing recruiting teams.
- Strong analytical skills to identify gaps and implement scalable improvements within recruiting processes.
- A track record of success in dynamic, startup environments, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on execution.
- Extensive knowledge of the entire recruiting lifecycle, emphasizing efficient scaling of processes.
- Business acumen with a clear understanding of how effective recruiting contributes to organizational success.
- A genuine passion for leading, motivating, and coaching teams, with a commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion.
- A minimum of 12 years of relevant recruiting experience, with a preference for backgrounds emphasizing engineering or technical roles.
