Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to insurance companies to inquire about and resolve medical claims.
• Efficiently process and bill medical claims to optimize payment outcomes.
• Execute precise and timely data entry across various systems.
• Uphold compliance with HIPAA regulations while ensuring the confidentiality of patient information.
• Apply knowledge of medical terminology and relevant industry-standard forms (UB04 and CMS1500) during claim processing.
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to work autonomously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and third-party liability is advantageous.
• Previous experience in medical billing or claims processing, particularly with UB04 and CMS1500 forms, is preferred.
