Job Overview

We are in search of a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Account Executive to join our dynamic social media team. This role presents an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for social media and digital marketing to actively participate in managing and executing exciting campaigns across various client accounts. You will collaborate closely with a talented group of professionals, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in social media marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, execution, and tracking of social media campaigns across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Collaborate with account managers and creative teams to ensure alignment of social media strategies with client objectives and brand messaging.
• Manage daily content scheduling, posting, and community engagement for client accounts.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and best practices in social media to maintain effective strategies.
• Create and curate captivating content—such as images, videos, and copy—that resonates with target audiences.
• Utilize analytics tools to monitor and assess social media performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Engage with online communities, responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and appropriately.
• Support influencer outreach initiatives, identifying potential partners and tracking campaign outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure campaigns are in line with broader marketing objectives.
  
  

Required Skills

• 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing, ideally within a creative or digital agency setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
• Familiarity with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• A creative mindset with the capability to generate compelling content ideas.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
