Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input data across various systems
- Provide essential administrative assistance across multiple departments
- Distribute faxes and incoming mail within a streamlined, paperless environment
- Prepare and type insurance policies and endorsements
- Enter new business applications into our systems for Producers
- Request Motor Vehicle Reports for underwriting processes
- Process claims by issuing loss notifications to carriers and conducting follow-ups
- Liaise with vendors for inspection reports and manage compliance recommendation letters
- Retrieve loss runs from carrier portals or directly from carriers
- A genuine eagerness to learn and acquire new skills
- Impeccable attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Reader
- A typing speed of no less than 40 words per minute
- A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, although not mandatory
