Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct care to clients or families within your caseload under clinical supervision.
- Provide Community Psychiatric Support and Treatment (CPST) services in accordance with established treatment plans.
- Engage in treatment planning activities, which encompass creating and updating treatment plans, alongside discharge planning.
- Advocate for clients regarding treatment decisions that influence their care.
- Implement suitable therapeutic interventions as outlined in the treatment plan.
- Participate in treatment team meetings pertinent to assigned clients.
- Gather relevant data and communicate findings with agency personnel.
- Prepare precise progress summaries and maintain documentation for clients.
- Assist with discharge planning as required.
- Compile detailed progress notes and submit all necessary documentation weekly.
- Attend mandated training sessions and meetings.
- Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Sociology, or Psychology.
- Possession of a provisional license (e.g., PLPC, PLMFT, CSW, or LMSW).
- Strong organizational and communication capabilities.
- Proficient in both verbal and written communication.
- Ability to multitask and meet documentation deadlines.
- Understanding of confidentiality policies, ethical standards, and non-discrimination practices.
- Valid driver's license.
- CPR certification (to be obtained within 45 days of employment).
- Ability to work autonomously with a flexible schedule and minimal oversight.
- Experience in community-based work, including telehealth service delivery.

Compensation And Benefits
- Guaranteed minimum hours with hourly rates applied when minimum hours are not met.
- Contract Type: 1099
- Part-time: 20 hours per week
- Full-time: 32 hours per week
