Key Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, direct support and care to clients and their families within your caseload, operating under clinical supervision.
- Implement Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment (CPST) services in alignment with established client treatment plans.
- Advocate for clients during treatment discussions and ensure coordination with necessary resources.
- Engage in treatment planning, monitoring of client progress, and discharge planning processes.
- Conduct therapeutic interventions and actively participate in treatment team meetings to address client needs.
- Prepare precise and timely progress notes and summaries for all assigned clients.
- Timely preparation and submission of progress notes and related documentation for clinical oversight.
- Attend mandatory training sessions and meetings to remain informed about best practices and organizational standards.
- A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Sociology, or Psychology.
- Provisional licensure required (PLPC, PLMFT, CSW, or LMSW).
- Strong organizational and communication capabilities (both spoken and written).
- Proficient in multitasking, meeting deadlines, and working autonomously.
- Uphold confidentiality and adhere strictly to ethical guidelines.
- Valid driver's license.
- CPR certification (to be completed within 45 days of hiring).
- Engage in bi-monthly clinical supervision sessions to enhance professional growth.
- The role requires community-based work, involving travel to clients' homes, with telehealth as an approved service delivery method.
- Contract Type: 1099
- Hours: Guaranteed 20 hours per week (part-time) or 32 hours per week (full-time).
- Compensation: If minimum weekly hours are not fulfilled, compensation is calculated based on hourly rate from progress note entries.
- Maintain a minimum of 20⁄32 client contact hours weekly.
- Submit progress notes accurately and within designated timeframes.
- Ensure punctuality for scheduled supervision sessions.
- Submit supervision documentation at least 24 hours prior.
