- Accurately input, transcribe, format, edit, and transmit textual, data, and graphical content to support comprehensive case documentation.
- Utilize firm-specific software to enter detailed client and case information, ensuring meticulous logs and task histories are maintained.
- Provide clients with clear and precise information regarding various case types, while demonstrating professionalism and empathy.
