We are seeking an empathetic and committed Bilingual Client Intake Specialist to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to incoming client calls and initiate outbound communications to potential clients through various channels.
  • Accurately input, transcribe, format, edit, and transmit textual, data, and graphical content to support comprehensive case documentation.
  • Utilize firm-specific software to enter detailed client and case information, ensuring meticulous logs and task histories are maintained.
  • Provide clients with clear and precise information regarding various case types, while demonstrating professionalism and empathy.
  • Establish the appropriate tone and pace for each call, effectively addressing potential client concerns with understanding.
  • Skillfully gather pertinent information from clients to evaluate the feasibility of their cases.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and safeguard sensitive client information at all times.
  • Identify opportunities to elevate the department's reputation by embracing new requests and innovating ways to add value to your role.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call centers, or within a law firm setting (preferred).
  • Proficiency in multiple languages (Spanish and/or Portuguese) is essential.
  • Ability to convert verbal information into clear written communication.
  • Strong proficiency in phone interactions, typing, and computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous.
  • Capacity to prioritize responsibilities and escalate client inquiries effectively as necessary.
  • Keen attention to detail coupled with the ability to quickly retain and apply new knowledge.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for professional interactions with clients, attorneys, and colleagues.
  • Highly organized and energetic, with the ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Exceptional customer service capabilities with a diplomatic approach to handling client interactions.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a high-intensity work environment while managing multiple priorities and adhering to deadlines.
