Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Contact Center Intake Specialist to join our dynamic team remotely. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for welcoming new clients and providing exemplary customer service in both Spanish and English. Your contributions will directly impact clients’ financial well-being and enhance their experience with our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, averaging around 80 calls daily.
  • Communicate effectively with clients in both Spanish and English.
  • Address client inquiries via email and assist with outgoing calls for services we offer.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a positive experience for all clients.
  • Facilitate appointments with financial counselors and assist clients with financial assessments.
  • Accurately input client data while ensuring strict confidentiality.
  • Triaging calls and routing them to the appropriate parties as needed.
  • Professionally resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.

Required Skills

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizenship is required due to contractual obligations.

Compensation And Benefits

  • Competitive hourly rate starting at \(16.00, with higher compensation available in select areas (e.g., \)17.57 in Los Angeles).
  • Full-time employment consisting of 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Paid Time Off: 19 PTO days and 10 paid holidays annually.
