- Respond promptly to incoming calls and customer emails.
- Uphold a friendly, professional tone in all customer interactions.
- Address and resolve customer complaints with care and professionalism.
- Accurately input donation data into our system.
- Identify issues that require escalation to supervisors as necessary.
- Provide detailed information regarding services and client-related inquiries.
- Utilize available resources to assist customers effectively.
- Resolve customer issues using appropriate software and tools.
- Direct calls to the appropriate department or resource.
- Document all call interactions in line with company protocols.
- Identify and report trends in customer inquiries to management.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction as needed.
- Bilingual abilities are strongly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong multitasking capabilities.
- Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit.
- Must have a Windows PC (compatibility issues with Apple/Mac, Tablets, Chromebooks, Android, etc.).
- Operating system: Windows 10 or newer, with a minimum of 16GB of RAM.
- Reliable hard-wired broadband internet connection (DSL, Cable, or Fiber Optic).
- A quiet, private workspace free from interruptions.
