- Conduct training sessions for early childcare program directors and staff, utilizing various formats such as instructor-led workshops and webinars.
- Assist in the development and upkeep of training materials for both in-person and online learning environments.
- Support the retention of existing clients and facilitate the onboarding and implementation of services for new clients.
- Maintain accurate records in reporting databases, and prepare comprehensive reports on products and services.
- Foster and sustain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing ongoing feedback and support.
