Key Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled maintenance, service calls, repairs, and equipment replacements for commercial HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with HVAC refrigeration systems swiftly and effectively.
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Install and service various systems, including ice machines, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units.
• Respond to emergency service requests with urgency to minimize downtime.
• Report facility conditions and suggest improvements or repairs.
• Comply with all safety policies and procedures to ensure a secure workplace.
  
  

Required Skills

• Possess 3-6 years of experience with commercial HVAC refrigeration systems.
• Hold an EPA Certification.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently.
• Exhibit strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor in client interactions.
• Be comfortable working in confined spaces and lifting up to 75 lbs., as well as climbing ladders.
• Flexibility to work overtime and travel as necessary is essential.
• Familiarity with industry software is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Must successfully pass background, drug, and driver's license checks.
  
  

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of relevant experience in commercial HVAC.
