Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and compile data from public databases to fulfill monthly owner entry quotas that support the Sales Group.
- Organize and coordinate meetings between Consumers and the Sales Group.
- Engage with prospective Consumers and Clients through various forms of correspondence.
- Maintain regular communication with government agencies and keep an updated contact list.
- Collaborate with commissioned Notary Publics and licensed Attorneys to facilitate meetings with Clients, ensuring lists are current.
- Acquire knowledge of agency regulations and state estate laws to provide precise assistance.
- Establish and monitor key performance metrics to enhance the advocacy process.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities to work effectively with team members.
- A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving capabilities and analytical thinking.
- Experience in data collection and analysis, driving informed decision-making and process improvements.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Proven ability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities efficiently.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills, with an emphasis on effective prioritization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Previous experience in data research and metrics reporting is advantageous.
- An Associate's degree in business, technology, analytics, research, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.

- Compensation is based on performance, earning 4% of the Consumer's Recovered Funds (e.g., 4% of a \(20,000 recovery results in \)800).
- A minimum commitment of 6 months is recommended to optimize recovery success.
