Key Responsibilities
- Deliver brief, solution-oriented interventions to assist clients in addressing and resolving their challenges.

- Proven experience in delivering direct clinical services and solution-focused therapy.
- In-depth understanding of treatment issues and EAP services.
- Exceptional communication skills with a client-centered, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment, equipped with high-speed internet and a quiet home office.
- Strong capabilities in documentation, assessment, and treatment planning.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology is required.
- Active independent clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent) is necessary.
