Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the credentialing process in accordance with established guidelines and protocols.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with internal teams, medical offices, and external stakeholders to facilitate timely approvals and applications.
- Assist healthcare providers in acquiring necessary state licenses as required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clinician information within credentialing systems.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation is gathered and submitted for initial credentialing as well as for reappointments.

- Coordinate compliance with supervision mandates and state requirements for Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs).

- Ability to work autonomously and adhere to deadlines.
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with credentialing systems.
- Minimum of two years of college coursework in business or a related field (preferred).
- One to three years of experience in a medical staff office or credentialing role.
