Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences, focusing on achieving positive feedback.
- Oversee the processing of Import Security Filing (ISF) submissions.
- Compile and submit necessary documentation for customs clearance.
- Manage customs clearance for shipments via air, ocean, road, and rail, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Process entries through ABI to align with CBP and other agency requirements.
- Secure Freight Releases and oversee duty payments and ACH accounts.
- Classify goods and evaluate commercial invoices as needed.
- Liaise with U.S. Customs and relevant government entities to address any issues.
- Uphold internal policies and procedures, while recommending enhancements for operational efficiency.
- Supervise the delivery of LCL and air freight to designated customer locations as required.
- Maintain a positive demeanor towards customers and colleagues.
- Produce high-quality work consistently amidst challenges, viewing errors as opportunities for growth.
- Demonstrate effective time management to juggle multiple priorities.
- Exhibit proactivity in identifying and addressing problems.
- Make informed decisions autonomously in high-pressure situations while seeking guidance when necessary.
