Key Responsibilities
- Execute data entry tasks with high accuracy and speed (minimum of 40 WPM required).
- Assist with the manual configuration of organizations and user credentials as part of the application migration initiative.
- Provide support to end-users by setting up organization and user profiles.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions for clients to the new application system.
- Work flexible shifts based on project requirements, including options from 8 AM to 8 PM (EST).
- Demonstrated typing proficiency with fast and accurate input (greater than 40 WPM).
- Strong command of the English language; bilingual (English and Spanish) is advantageous.
- Competence in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to confidently interact with end-users.
- Previous helpdesk or Tier 1 triage experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable internet connection required.
- Successful completion of a brief typing assessment is necessary.
