Key Responsibilities
- Lead the formulation and implementation of savings calculation methodologies.
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap aimed at refining and enhancing the savings analysis process, ensuring a proactive and replicable approach.
- Supervise market-facing activities related to savings validation.
- Oversee claims repricing for all existing and prospective clients.
- Act as a subject matter expert during cross-functional initiatives, collaborating closely with teams in commercial, client success, accounting, and analytics.
- Extensive experience in qualitative and quantitative analysis along with advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Familiarity with statistical tools such as Python and Snowflake is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, facilitating successful interactions across various teams.
- Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and critical thinking abilities.
- Aptitude for working independently with a sense of urgency in a dynamic environment.
- A Bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree in statistical analysis, health policy, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare professional services, including roles such as actuary, claims analysis, consulting, or similar.
- Prior experience managing a team is preferable.
