Key Responsibilities
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with the finance team to review financial statements and communicate insights to stakeholders, including investors.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations (e.g., sales tax, lodging tax, KYC & AML) and develop strategies for managing operational risks.
- Enhance operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Protect profit margins through effective procurement and oversee critical operations projects such as international expansion and automation.
- Extensive experience in leadership roles within operations and finance, ideally in a technology or SaaS environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proven ability to lead and nurture high-performing teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced remote work environment.
- Solid understanding of financial principles, including forecasting and internal auditing.
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in operations and finance leadership roles.
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary ranging from \(175,000 to \)195,000, contingent on your location’s cost of living.
- For U.S. employees, gross salaries are positioned between \(149,000 and \)165,000.
