- Formulate and establish strategic objectives and performance metrics for the team.
- Recognize emerging trends within the industry and incorporate innovative technologies into service offerings.
- Align service offerings with market demands and client requirements for ongoing improvement.
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives, encompassing project management and service optimization.
- Oversee the creation of operational procedures that promote scalability and efficiency.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate service delivery, performance, and client satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards regarding IT service delivery, cybersecurity, and data protection.
- Manage budgets, resource distribution, and pricing strategies for consulting services.
- Mentor and cultivate team members, nurturing a culture of learning and development.
- Design training initiatives for emerging technologies and consulting methodologies.
- Collaborate with global teams to deliver integrated support across regions.
- Champion the integration of cutting-edge technologies and tools to advance operational capabilities.
- Identify avenues for automation and process enhancements throughout the service lifecycle.
- Collaborate with technical teams to create Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for new tools and software.
- Represent the organization at industry events, webinars, and conferences, contributing to thought leadership discussions.
- Build and expand a network within the Managed Service Provider ecosystem to enhance industry presence.
- Stay informed about regulatory changes, market trends, and competitor strategies to make well-informed business decisions.
- Over 15 years of experience in Managed IT Services and Technology consulting.
- Familiarity with MSP technology stacks, specifically Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) and Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools.
- Proven success in managing remote and offshore teams.
- Strong financial acumen, encompassing experience in budgeting and resource management.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including motivating and managing consulting and engineering teams.
- Excellent communication skills and strategic problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Familiarity with the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) model is advantageous.
