We are seeking an accomplished and motivated Director of Care Team Operations to spearhead our dedicated care teams in a remote work environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement care delivery standards to guarantee quality care and efficient operations.
  • Formulate and execute strategic plans that align with the overarching organizational goals, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and industry metrics, delivering regular reports and analyses to evaluate both team and organizational performance.
  • Propel process enhancements that lower costs, improve outcomes, and elevate member satisfaction while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Direct the recruitment, retention, and development of mission-driven leaders, nurturing a diverse and inclusive team culture.
  • Support Care Team Managers in overseeing remote and community-based teams, ensuring operational excellence and a positive team dynamic.
  • Foster a trusting and collaborative environment that promotes outstanding member experiences and addresses concerns efficiently.
  • Collaborate with product, finance, and growth teams to design and assess effective care delivery models, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Drive change management initiatives, effectively communicating evolving strategies and practices as the organization expands.
  • Advocate for the adoption of technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and care delivery.

Qualifications

  • Comprehensive understanding of the intersection between social care and healthcare.
