Job Overview

We are on the lookout for a highly skilled and proactive Director of Operations to steer and enhance the daily functions of our expanding organization. Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute strategic business plans and operational procedures to foster growth and enhance efficiency.
  • Direct and oversee cross-functional teams to successfully implement significant projects and initiatives.
  • Supervise daily operations, guiding executives and managers to achieve organizational targets.
  • Manage the organization's budget and resources to maximize profitability and enhance operational performance.
  • Motivate and lead staff, cultivating a culture of high performance and commitment.
  • Recognize operational challenges and devise practical solutions to advance business processes.
  • Prepare and deliver regular operational performance reports to senior leadership.
  • Establish and maintain robust relationships with partners and clients to promote business growth.
  • Identify avenues for revenue enhancement through new opportunities and the improvement of existing operations.
  • Develop and enact a comprehensive customer service strategy to boost client satisfaction.
  • Consistently refine processes to optimize operational workflows and ensure uniform quality across the organization.

Required Skills

  • Extensive executive leadership experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong background in managing multi-unit operations and leading expansion efforts.
  • Solid understanding of essential business functions such as HR, Finance, and Marketing.
  • Proven experience in building, training, and developing high-caliber teams to achieve business results.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the capacity to leverage data for strategic decision-making.
  • Outstanding flexibility and communication skills, including public speaking proficiency.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in multi-unit operations, particularly in sectors with high employee turnover.
  • Demonstrated executive leadership experience focused on reducing turnover and driving organizational growth.
  • Strong operational expertise in multi-unit operations.
  • Proven experience in developing and leading high-performing teams.
