Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute a robust programmatic strategy that aligns with organizational goals and client aspirations.
- Harmonize programmatic initiatives with broader marketing frameworks, focusing on customer acquisition and sustained client satisfaction.
- Detect new opportunities and remain at the forefront of industry developments, propelling programmatic innovation and growth.
- Direct the planning, enhancement, and assessment of campaigns to guarantee they meet or surpass performance and ROI benchmarks.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine campaign evaluation and integrate advanced targeting, creative strategies, and continuous improvements.
- Guide, mentor, and nurture a team of programmatic strategists, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- Provide continuous training and professional development to ensure the team is at the cutting edge of programmatic buying and optimization.
- Act as the programmatic authority during sales presentations, client meetings, and various sessions.
- Leverage leading DSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk, Google Display & Video 360) to optimize campaign success across programmatic display, video, OTT/CTV, and audio channels.
- Collaborate with various teams (e.g., paid search, marketing operations, creative) to enhance the programmatic product offerings.
- Pioneer new products, formats, and targeting methodologies to elevate the effectiveness of programmatic campaigns.
- Oversee department budgets, ensuring optimal resource distribution, capacity management, and maintaining profitable operations.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in programmatic advertising, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity within a performance-oriented marketing context.
- Demonstrated success in developing and managing high-performing programmatic campaigns, particularly in the B2B tech/SaaS landscape.
- Profound knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem, including DSPs, ad exchanges, data providers, and measurement technologies.
- Strong analytical capabilities with expertise in analytical tools such as Excel/Sheets, Google Analytics, and other campaign assessment platforms.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for inspiring and motivating a team.
- Capacity to thrive in a dynamic, results-focused environment.
- An innovative mindset geared towards disruption and the ability to assimilate new concepts into existing processes.
- Experience engaging with key clients and executive stakeholders, especially in critical scenarios such as Annual Business Reviews or Renewal discussions.
- A fervent interest in performance marketing and a forward-thinking attitude towards programmatic advertising, particularly within the B2B SaaS and tech sectors.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
