Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement a comprehensive programmatic strategy that aligns with our business objectives and client needs.
- Stay abreast of industry developments to identify and capitalize on new programmatic growth opportunities.
- Oversee the execution, optimization, and reporting of programmatic campaigns to achieve maximum performance and ROI.
- Employ advanced targeting techniques and optimization strategies to analyze and enhance campaign outcomes.

- Represent the programmatic division in client interactions, showcasing the strategic direction and value of our campaigns.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in programmatic advertising, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity, preferably in a performance marketing agency.
- In-depth knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem, including DSPs, ad exchanges, and data providers.
- Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and related campaign analysis tools.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with a talent for inspiring teams.
- Results-driven mindset, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and seeking innovative programmatic strategies.
- Experience in engaging with C-suite executives and managing key accounts, including conducting Annual Business Reviews.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
