Key Responsibilities
- Lead collaboration with science, product, and engineering teams to gain insights into current AI technologies, legal obligations, and responsible AI practices.
- Establish clear objectives for the product team, ensuring coherence across departments and tracking key performance metrics.
- Direct the team in translating strategies into tangible action plans, launching innovative features, and utilizing data to inform decision-making and gauge effectiveness.
- Remain informed on developments in AI, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP), while monitoring relevant regulatory changes.

- Extensive experience in product management, with a minimum of 8 years in the field and over 5 years in leadership roles involving teams of product managers, engineers, or scientists.
