Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align store operational strategies with overall company objectives.
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring compliance with all performance standards, guest service expectations, and safety regulations.
- Lead and cultivate a high-performing store leadership team, promoting an environment of teamwork among various departments including Restaurants, Retail, Quick Service, Culinary, and Facilities.
- Develop, oversee, and optimize the store operations budget, implementing effective cost management practices while ensuring quality service.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement in store operations and guest satisfaction.
- Foster collaboration with Marketing, Finance, and Human Resources to achieve the organization's goals and maintain open communication about performance metrics and strategic initiatives.
- Act as the primary representative of the store to the local community, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
- Work closely with Human Resources to manage recruitment processes, conduct performance evaluations, and support staff development initiatives.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and motivational abilities.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a solid foundation in business management.
- A genuine passion for food, hospitality, and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a management role within a high-volume, fast-paced retail or restaurant setting.
- Experience in food and beverage operations, particularly with Italian cuisine, is highly desirable.
