- Educate families on our online programs, including details about the curriculum, available resources, and the enrollment process.
- Employ strong organizational skills to manage multiple inquiries effectively, keeping both families and the administrative team updated on progress.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up actions using customer management systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Ensure a focused and professional home workspace that is free from distractions.
- Collaborate with the administrative team to provide updates on enrollment progress and share feedback on trends or challenges encountered.
- Support project management tasks related to enrollment and outreach initiatives.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a talent for articulating complex concepts clearly.

- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Minimum of one year of customer service and/or enrollment experience is essential.
- Ability to obtain a valid IVP Fingerprint clearance card and a valid driver's license prior to hire is required.
- Preferred qualifications include experience in project management and Spanish proficiency to assist Spanish-speaking families.
