- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective families through phone and email communication.
- Educate families about our school programs, highlighting curriculum details, student resources, and the enrollment process.
- Utilize strong organizational skills to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously, ensuring regular updates are provided to the administrative team.
- Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and follow-up actions through customer management systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Create and maintain a focused and professional workspace while working remotely.
- Collaborate closely with the administrative team, providing updates on enrollment progress and sharing insights on potential trends or challenges.

- A minimum of one year of experience in customer service and/or enrollment is necessary.
- Ability to secure a valid IVP Fingerprint clearance card prior to hiring.
- A valid driver’s license is required before starting.
